  • OM GAJANAND GARMENTS provides distribution, warehousing and supply chain services for garments, home textiles and general merchandise
  • All service agreements are subject to verification and approval by our team
  • We may modify or discontinue a service with prior notice to affected partners
  • Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to stock availability

Partner accounts and responsibilities

  • Partners must provide accurate business and contact information at registration
  • Partners are responsible for ensuring the goods they order comply with applicable law
  • Consignments should be checked against the docket on arrival, and any shortage or damage raised within the window stated in your account terms
  • Misuse of our services may result in the account being closed

Pricing and payment

Prices, minimum order values and credit terms are agreed per account in writing before the first dispatch. Where credit is extended, it remains subject to review. Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.

By registering, you consent to receive service updates, offers and communications from OM GAJANAND GARMENTS by SMS, email, RCS and WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by contacting either office.

Use of this website

The partner login on this site stores account details in your own browser for demonstration purposes and does not create a binding trading account. A trading account is opened only after verification and a written agreement.

Limitation of liability

OM GAJANAND GARMENTS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
